Day 2

Madame is not feeling too good today due to the radical change in diet. I go for an early morning walkabout and find these fabulous shoes!......

But as we are to find out shoes in Palma are expensive! 255 Euros no less.

Steph, Andy and I go in search of a late breakfast and a long gossip. Steph has a desire to go shopping and we start in C&A of all places. Not been in one of their shops in many a long year. Aaaaanyway we find nothing and traipse around a few more with no results but Madame has joined us now.
We return to a cafe near the hotel and take a long lunch before setting off for a stroll taking in an Irish bar on the front. Again as in Kings Cross the obligatory hurling is on the multiple TV screens :-( I have to say that sport is just not my thing, at all.
Back at the hotel the three of us are shattered, all this fresh air I 'spose. Madame and I decide to go walkabout to try and find the looky-likey men that's the fake handbag guys. We find them but fussy Anna decides they are not the style she desires so we carry on our merry way winding up at a restaurant near the hotel for a lateish dinner. So that is the end of day 2.
Looks like we shall be beaching it tomorrow, mmm could be the black swimsuit could get an airing.

Day 1

A bright and sunny day with occasional cloud but just right temp. Meet up with Steph and Andy after 10.00 by one of the hotels pools.

No Dolenta, too shattered. We go for a stroll to find something to eat and find a lovely cafe for coffee and assortment of meats, cheese and salad. A stroll through the town and I get attention of course but its the tattoo's and the rather deep pre-holiday tan that cause it and madame is relaxed.

Off for a stroll through the town being led by Andy. We find somewhere for a late lunch of pizza, well when in Rome or rather Palma.

By the time we decide to stop gossiping and move on its gone four so make our way back to the hotel. Andy makes his way back to Dolenta and we three change and its up to the pool on the roof for a while and the red swimsuit gets worn in anger for the first time.

We meet up around seven and go out in search of a restaurant and dinner via Andy's GPS and a delicious dinner ensues over the next three hours. We have to give up our table as its booked. Strange how I elected not to dress tonight and I am reminded of this when 30 yes thirty Italian boisterous rugby players turn up! We get back to the hotel gone 11 and madame and I are out again within 30 mins looking for a late night coffee getting to bed around 12.30.
