Oh my, oh my, oh my

Goodness me nothing since Pride, almost a month how remiss of me. Well I suppose it would be best if I work backwards then I might be able to remember things. Not a lot happened this week, no visit from Stephanie as she was busy with home type things. Thursday saw the lucious Penny and Dave come to dinner, unfortunately Natacha didn't come as she hasn't tried travelling and quite honestly I think she made the right decision. As I said to Dave sitting on the underground in that heat having your makeup slide down your face is not a good look and they had been out and about all day. A nice cool salmon salad starter followed by lamb tagine with fresh fruit and creme fraich was a little off diet but nothing compared to the following day.
A lovely lunch on Wednesday I think it was, with Abigail who I used to work with and Madame and the daughter joined us as it was her birthday the following day. The new comfy sandals, a white with black leaf design frock and the white summery wide brimmed hat and of course the Dior sunglases completed my outfit oh and of course the Lulu Guinness patent handbag.

A nice pub in London Colney, The Colney Fox. Of course the whole thing was soo off diet it wasn't true. Battered Mushrooms, Chicken Breast in a bun with BBQ sauce (a little dry for my taste) and Churros and ice cream with caramel sauce, still it only put on a pound which soon came off again. Lovely chats and gossips but we have both left our common place of work there is no gossip from that direction as we have no contact with anyone from there. Anyway it just happened that there is an outlet centre a coouple of hundred yards down the road and we popped in there on the way home. A nice couple of frocks in New Look suprisingly enough, in their sale, so that was two summery frocks for £25.

The week before Stephanie and I decided to take a walk, oh dear that turned into a bit of a hike, all 4.5 miles of it. Beatiful sunshine we met up at Baker Street Station and walked up to Regent's Park, through the park to the Inner Circle and I found the park within a park that I'd lost ages ago. After a few photo's in there it was back into the park and down the Broadwalk to the Marylebone Road taking a cycling accident along the way. One cyclist turning right without indicating and the other trying to overtake her. Well he gave her a nice lecture. Across the Marylebone Road into Park Crescent and down Portland Place, Langham Place and into Regent's Street turned left into Great Castle Street and right into Great Portland Street into Oxford Street. We strolled along Oxford Street and turned right into Poland Street, partook of lunch there and carried on down to Great Marlborough Street where we turned right and onto Carnaby Street, down there into Kingley Court which has become almost exclusively eateries and back out again and turned left into Beak Street and right into Upper James St to Golden Square, across the square and left into Brewer Street, across Wardour Sreet and into Old Compton Street then right into Charing Cross Road. We strolled down until we got to Cranboune St and into Leicester Square, had a little sit down then a diagonal walk across the square into Swiss Court and into Coventry St to Picadilly Circus and up Regent Street for a walk around Hamley's as Stephanie was after looking at something. We left there and continued up Regent Street to Hanover St, into Hanover Square then Harewood St into Oxford Street and thence the bus home. Phew 4.5 miles and all this in a new pair of sandals by Gabor for the first time of wearing. Quite the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought.
The previous week was the London Fetish Fair. A lovely hot day made all the worse by some sporting event which extended our journey by an hour ! A rather nice What Katie Did black and white spotted basque and matching thong and clear silly shoes and that was it basically which went down rather well :-)

I did rather pig-out for lunch opting for a baguette with fried egg, three rashers of bacon and a sausgage !. Had lovely chats with Master Keith and Joy. Wished the lovely D a happy birthday and a nice catch up with Jed Pheonix. The previous week was the London Alternative Market which we didn't go to as we were sans Penny and Natacha and Russell, shame but money saved.
The other week Madame and I dropped off two latex skirts at House of Harlot, to be altered, too big on the hips. This Saturday we went off to collect them. Luckily we are the same size so the skirts fit us both. We take breakfast in Baker Street and have a wander in Selfridges and make our way over to Harlot via Spitalfields Market and a quick chat with Lulu with her hats. Leaving Harlot madame says she requires lunch so we partake of an Indian in Brick Lane.

Well time slips by again, two weeks 'ish. In no particular order here we go. The following Sunday from the LAM we are off perving again, this time the London Fetish Fair. Very well attended both in stands and customers. Natacha and Penny cannot make it but Russell and Sarah do. I manage to escape without spending anything thank goodness but it is a glorious day, not one to be indoors actually. The day does turn sour though as we find out that Russell breaks down on the way home and faces the prospect of an £800 bill !!

Madame and I have a Oxford Street outing and I get a nice pair of spotty denim Primark shorts in Selfridges and a pair of black denim.

The following day the denim shorts I had ordered from Next arrived, result.

Stephanie, Sarah and I take ourselves off for a day out. Well it was for me. After Stephanie texting me that they were running late I head off without them and arrange to meet them outside Selfridges. I have a lovely wander around before they arrive taking in some wonderful items, far, far out of my meagre financial reach. Once we are all met we hop a bus down to the Strand and on foot have a quick detour around Somerset House then cross over Waterloo Bridge. We have a leisurely stroll along the South Bank to Tate Modern. Well it is one place I have not been before and our collective opinion is that it will be our last. Do not get me wrong there are a few modern artists I like, let us just say that Tate Moderns selection is not mine. We exit and cross the Millennium or wibbly-wobbly bridge up to St Pauls thence along Ludgate Hill and a spot of late lunch before wending our collective way home.

Last Saturday night saw Madame and I off out to a friends 40th, Claire of Prong Jewellery fame. Fabulous evening seeing quite a few people we hadn't seen in sooo long! After a slight detour to Kings Cross we get indoors around 1.45 am and yes I was 'dressed'.

Off out in the week with Madame, Oxford Street a wander round Selfridges, eventually we wind up on the third floor in Primark again where I get a rather nice white jacket. We wander down Oxford Street. Madame want to go to Boots as they have a Clinique offer running. It just happens we have to pass Forever 21 and well it would be rude not to go in wouldn't it. I exit with a rather nice summer cotton black/cream spotted little tight frock ;-)

Nearly a month !

Oh my days its been nearly a month since I posted anything! So busy, so much going on. It will be a little higledy pigledy I'm afraid. Well we had an outing to the London Alternative Market at the beginning of the month, meeting up with Penny, Natcha and Russell. The previous night we had been to RubberCult with Dolenta, Andy, his cousing Steph, Penny and Natacha and met up with the delicious Sereny Core, The Glory Box and a few new friends. Madame was rather pleased as she had her picture taken numerous times...

The following Sunday sees Madame and I, Russell and Sarah at the London Fetish Fair where naughty naughty I get a Ectomorph tight rubber frock I have been after for years and I mean years. What is better I get it at half price...

Late January Stephanie and I take ourselves off to Westfield at Stratford and I get myself a rather nice frock in Forever21. So nice to be able to pick a frock up and know it is going to fit and it did, a short tight leopardskin number...

Stephanie, Sarah and I get out at the beginning of Feb, off to the V&A for a wander, poor Sarah is still trying to get to grips with London, so different from her home in Slovenia! After a wander around we take lunch at Pizza Express in Beauchamp Place, our second visit and rather nice it is too.

Madame and I between times have of course been shopping, Forever21 again where I got these two...

In the middle of all this is helping out my son who is doing a photoshoot in a club in Greek Street of a tgirl band called the Buffalo Girls complete with TV film crew who are following them around for a few weeks for a series of shows....

Last Saturday see Madame and I off to Dolenta's shop Breathless purely to order a rubber bra for Madame but by the time we have finished outfits for both of us have been ordered all from the latest range which are sooo new they are not even on her website yet !

Spending

Sunday sees madame and I off to the London Fetish Fair in deepest Vauxhall. Not been to the LFF for some considerable time, its a new venue and parking is at a premium so we show up early and snatch a space. We manage to get in early, stands still being set up. We say our hello's and have a wander. Oh dear corsets hove into view and madame is off and running and trying one on. Her mind almost made up we find a seat and refreshment and settle down for a gossip with Anita and Spike. Madame goes on a wander and the next thing I know she arrives in a Velda Lauder corset which is rather splendid. With the passing of Velda two of the girls are selling off the remaining stock. Madame parades round and soaks up the compliments then disappears only to reappear in another, an underbust in black and white stripe. Needless to say both get purchased.
On one of my excursions I slip out for a quiet smoke and get into conversation with what turns out to be a tranny pornstar who has been working in L.A. ! Well what an interesting life mine is LOL. As the Velda girls are only taking cash madame has to go in search of a cash machine, the local Sainsbury's in Wandsworth Road and while there manages to get us some lunch as the venue does not do food :-(
We take our leave around 5.00 and are homeward bound, a thoroughly enjoyable day.
Monday of course has to be photo day, well there is last weeks purchase, the yellow frock and I have to try on madame's new corsets ;-)
